The importance of business embracing social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Blogspot/Wordpress) has been tossed around a lot over the last year. But what really is the value of the different social media venues to the business world? This presentation provides an overview of the different social media technologies and provides tips for determining an organization's strategy in leveraging these new (and free) venues to meet its business objectives--like better engaging members, customers, and business partners.
