1. Business Analyst/Project Manager - Helps with business process redesign, process mapping, data flow mapping and business data modeling. Generally also responsible for oversight of quality control testing and management of user acceptance testing and rollout strategy. If not the project manager him/herself, generally this person is also in the role of an assistant project manager. Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting processes preferred. 2. Development Manager – Should have at least 5-7 years of programming experience and full understanding of the systems development life-cycle and application development methodologies. We expect this person to lead our systems analysts and application development teams and provide guidance to junior analysts/developers and interns 3. Senior Database Developer - Should have at least 3-4 years of programming experience, preferably with the Microsoft platform (T-SQL, stored procedures, DTS). Must have experience in both database development and database administration. Must have experience in working with logical and physical database design and implementation including query optimization, database tuning, and database maintenance (e.g., backup, recovery, and fail-over/replication strategies). Experience in developing OLAP applications and working with cube-based data also preferred. 4. Senior Systems Analyst – Should have at least 4-5 years of analyst experience, including 1-2 years of programming experience. This person will primarily be responsible for implementation of a conceptual architecture/design into a logical design and physical design. Experience in writing functional specifications and module-based and component-based application design a must. This role also generally acts as an assistant technical manager on larger projects. 5. Quality Control Analyst – Should have at least 2 years of application development (any discipline) experience OR 2 years auditing (financial or systems) experience. This person will lead a quality control team under the management of our Quality Control Manager. Must have at least one year experience in developing testing plans and scripts, and documentation of testing results. Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting processes preferred. A good opportunity for someone in the accounting field who wants to work more with technology and the application of technology in support of the accounting and financial reporting function.
