About Us
IntrapriseTechKnowlogies LLC (ITK) is a Hawaii-based small business focused on providing executive-level technology management, enterprise architecture, business performance management, information architecture and management, technology risk management, and knowledge management consulting services.

Our mission is to be a key enabler of intraprise synergy through the strategic application of enterprise architecture, information management, process management, technology management and knowledge management principles.

Since our founding in 2001, we continue to grow and are becoming recognized as Hawaii’s thought leaders in the business performance management and technology management fields. We work closely with our clients as trusted business partners that help their organizations maintain their competitive advantage through the development of a realistic IT strategy that focuses on the tactical application of technology to support business processes. We also help clients proactively manage their business-technology risk and ensure that proper IT governance mechanisms are in place to manage their IT investments. We often work in partnership with both Accounting and IT departments to identify and manage technology-based initiatives that help grow the synergies in an organization.

Our projects often focus on custom development of adjunct financial systems (non-general ledger financial systems that support subsidiary business processes), information architecture & custom reporting, Web site integration to internal business systems, business performance management with a focus on business driver analysis for budgeting and forecasting, technology management (IT strategy and technical architecture, IT organization structure and personnel), and technology solutions management (request for proposal management and vendor selection support).

Our industry expertise is focused on the Retail sector (automotive sales, parts and service; just-in-time inventory management; supply chain automation; and performance management); the Services sector including: centralized corporate services (e.g., central accounting/finance department); higher education/research; construction; hospitality (e.g., hotels, golf courses, restaurants, salon/spa); Professional Services (e.g., accounting/CPA, legal, medical, architecture); and the Not-for-Profit (nonprofit) sector including research, social services, and membership organizations.
